Everything with this 40k service call seemed to be ok until I got home and read the VISUAL VEHICLE INSPECTION REPORT and noticed the "windshield condition (check for cracks, chips, or fitting" was checked "Checked and okay". I've had a 4" crack in the windshield just in front of the passenger since last fall. Now I wonder if other items were checked ok and an inspection wasn't actually done. I hope you can see the reason for my suspicion. Carousel has never given me a reason to feel this way in the past. I've had a MB E320 and currently own a MB C300 and I took them both to Carousel for service. This may be a slight issue but the optics aren't good.
