I chose 4/5 stars due to the unorganized shuttle service. I had requested a shuttle service back to my car, and did not hear back whether this was possible or not for over an hour. I ended up making a call to ask if it were coming or not, and still received an inconclusive answer. I ended up getting a ride from a friend, and shortly after received a call from the shuttle service stating they had arrived. I was not made aware that they were even coming to pick me up, and had cancelled before leaving. My main concern is that this hopefully will not happen in the future.

Everyone was very friendly and discussed what was going on throughout. Typical maintenance and a recall so nothing major, but appreciate the information. Only issue was I didn't get the complimentary car wash :)

Trent was great to deal with. He explained the service options for now and items I may want to consider going forward. Getting a video of the undercarriage of the car was really helpful.
