Brown is professional, to the point, and explains things clearly. Just simple and to the point. When he is in charge of my service, I know the details will not be overlooked.
The only bothersome thing is the group of high school-aged drivers running back and forth for snacks. It was frequent, and while I waited for my car (around 3 hours), I counted at least three of them. All clad in shorts and t-shirts. I assumed they were the kids who put the plastic on the seats and drive the car off. Not a big deal but I've never seen this behavior in your dealership.

My experience at other VW dealers is one where each time I come in there is a different advisor, and most often a minimal amount of product or customer service knowledge or experience, plus an uncomfortable sense of oversell of services not needed. At Carousel I can count on Brown Montague to know me, my vehicle and to anticipate what I and it will need. A very unique dealership.
