Our dealer was unbelievably helpful, listened to what we wanted and heled us get there. We never felt pressured to go outside of our comfort zone for price. We would absolutely recommend VW Iowa City to our friends and family.

Michael Leone was very patient and thorough. All the other personnel were very supportive and friendly. As we had paid for the car the day before I never thought about a shop bill. After we finished cleaning out the old car Mike informed me that we had a shop bill for diagnostics. When I went to pay the bill I discovered that I had left my billfold at home. I talked with Mike and he had it cleared that the bill would be covered. With Christmas here that was so welcome. Thank you Cary and Betty Maassen

We had to leave our car/Tiguan at Carousel as we are from out of town some 170 miles north of Iowa City, Iowa where Carousel Motors is located, we were in fact fortunate that we did not to have the vehicle towed to the shop though engine was misfiring badly. It took three weeks or thereabouts to complete deadline repair, but it is a busy the shop is a busy big city dealership. Repair cost way lower than I expected.
